During the Exploration Session of the Gratitude Centred Coaching Program, I will introduce you to the I. C.A.N. D.O Model:⠀

Identify– To take a look at the various areas in your life that may require attention ⠀
Current – Find out where you are at the moment at right now in relation to those areas ⠀
Aims – Define the aims in your life, goals and dreams.⠀
Number – Explore a number of ways to reach your aims ⠀
Date – Set the deadline by when you want to achieve your goals⠀
Outcome – To identify when you will know that your outcome has been successfully achieved.⠀
This model can aid us to focus our attention to clearly identify our intentions, which allows us to develop our goals.
