Scrolling through social media can offen lead to feelings of inadequacy or cause us to feel as if we are missing out on something. The more intensely we perceive these imperfections, the more inclined we can be to continue scrolling, searching for an antidote.
By pausing for as little as 30 seconds and listing some aspects in our lives that we feel grateful for or positive about, we can interrupt negative trains of thought enough for a re-route
