Do you write a gratitude journal?

Spending just a couple of minutes every day or even just once a week, writing a gratitude journal can help to reduce stress and lead to us feeling more optimistic about life. The physical act of putting words on a page can be more powerful than just thinking or stating out gratitude.

If you are unsure where to begin, start by thinking through your day remembering what went well or what you felt happy about, no matter how significant.
